Salkantay Trek 5 Days

Walking & Trekking

The best destinations for trekking lovers

Salkantay (wild mountain) is considered within the religious Andean world as one of the most sacred glaciers from remote times to the present day; It is for this reason that we baptize this sacred Inca trail as Salkantay. Located in the Vilcabamba mountain range which is a small mountain range in the Andes in southern Peru located about 260 km northwest of the city of Cusco.

This majestic road shows an impressive mix of picturesque landscape diversity from the highest glaciers in our area such as Humantay (5,917 meters-19,412 feet) and Salkantay (6217 meters-20,396 feet) that form very colorful lagoons, and streams that descend to the jungle, where we find dense vegetation with exuberant microclimates of the exotic subtropical forest with deep valleys and mountain ranges, we will also integrate into their communities through their agricultural wealth and we will contemplate their archaeological centers that will transport you to ancestral times; thus also giving you the unforgettable pleasure of your trip. So that you can finally enjoy even more, culminating in the magical city of Machupicchu. Due to its beauty, this road to Machupicchu is considered the second most famous road and one of the most beautiful in South America.
